IMS integrated the operator activities into one cohesive framework
to effectively and efficiently deliver on QAIA objectives and
to ensure continual improvement
In 2009, AIG took on the challenge of obtaining certification
in three main international standards:
· ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System
· ISO 14001:2004 Environment Management System
· 10002 Customer Satisfaction
By 2014, AIG had added another challenge by adding fourth
Certificate in BS OSHAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety and completing successfully the certificate during same year.

By 2014, AIG had added another target by preparing to obtain a fourth certificate in BS OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management.
AIG’s IMS Policy is defined according to the Company’s vision and mission, its customers’ and tenants’ expectations, industry best practices, as well as context modifications and internal changes. The IMS Policy is not a top management commitment only; the entire AIG team works hand in hand to achieve it.
