Since the beginning of the year until the end of August, year-to-date (YTD) PAX figures came in at 6,161,786, rising by 6.2% - in comparison with the same period in 2018. In tandem, YTD ACM amounted to 54,495 - up by 4.1%, whereas YTD cargo totaled at 66,851 - down by 3.1%.

“This August, we have attained yet another proud accomplishment by welcoming the largest number of passengers Queen Alia International Airport has ever seen in one month. This positive result is mainly led by the conclusion of the summer holidays, as well as Hajj and Eid al-Adha, during which people visit their families and loved ones or take the opportunity to vacation abroad,” stated Airport International Group CEO, Kjeld Binger.
