Integrated Management System (IMS)
IMS integrated the operator’s activities into one cohesive framework to effectively and efficiently deliver QAIA objectives and to ensure continual improvement.
In 2009, Airport International Group took on the challenge of obtaining certification in three main international standards:
·         ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System
·         ISO 14001:2004 Environment Management System
·         10002 Customer satisfaction - Guidelines for complaints handling in organizations
By 2014, Airport International Group had added another challenge by adding the fourth Certificate in BS OSHAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety and completing successfully the certificate during same year.
In 2018, Airport International Group has been working on the new ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 requirements, which are mainly addressing risks and opportunities in addition to focusing on the interested parties’ needs and expectations.
